An Iyaganku Magistrates' Court in Ibadan, Oyo State, on Monday, requested the remand of one Rildwan Lawal, 30, who is confronting a charge of outfitted burglary, at the Federal Correctional Center, Ibadan.
The litigant, whose private location was not given, is being investigated on two counts of supposed connivance and furnished burglary.
The Magistrate, Mrs Abimbola Amole-Ajimoti, who didn't take the litigant's supplication for absence of locale, requested his remand at the restorative office.
Amole-Ajimoti guided the Police Prosecutor to send the copy case document to the Director of Public Prosecutions for lawful counsel.
She concluded the case until August 26 for notice.
Prior, the Prosecutor, Mr Philip Amusan, had let the court know that the litigant committed the offenses at some point in May, at the Ologuneru region, Ibadan.
He claimed that the litigant, with others now on the loose, looted the complainant, one Oladapo Oyedayo, of his Infinix 11 Play telephone worth N92,000, Infinix Hot 101 telephone, esteemed at N75,000 and Tecno telephone worth N75,000.
Amusan told the court the litigant likewise supposedly denied the complainant of a gold hand chain worth N132,000, gold stud worth N97,000 and N195,200 cash.
He said the offenses contradicted Sections 6b and 1(a) of the Robbery and Firearms (Special Provisions) ACT, 2004.
