On Monday, the Labour Party claimed that it had conclusive evidence that the procedures leading to the outcomes of the 2023 presidential and national assembly elections had been tainted.
This was stated at a news conference in Abuja by Akin Osuntokun, director-general of the Labour Party Presidential Campaign Council.
This, according to Mr. Osuntokun, was caused by INEC's failure to adhere to the publicly announced guidelines for the conduct of the elections.
