The Labor candidate for Lagos governor Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour has announced that no elections are being held in the state.
He said the state's gubernatorial election on March 18 was marred by violence.Addressing the media on Wednesday, he said It was physically violent and demonic on multiple levels.
