According to Akpabio, the former governor of Lagos State's victory in a competitive presidential race is evidence of his acceptance throughout the entire nation and beyond. "Asiwaju is a tried and trusted name in service delivery," the statement said in part. I have every confidence that he will do more for Nigerians as the country's leader because he already did it when he was in charge of Lagos State. "The Electoral Umpire's announcement of our presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu's victory this morning is a confirmation of his widespread acceptance. He possesses the aptitude, capability, and necessary expertise to advance both domestic and foreign policy for this nation.
The lawmaker added that May 29 would signal the start of the country's citizens receiving the democratic dividends that the party had promised. "Campaigning and electioneering are everywhere. The first democratic dividends will be given to our people on May 29th, as promised in our Renewed Hope campaign. I congratulate our great party's leadership and members on this well-deserved victory, Akpabio said.
