Afrobeat star David Adeleke, aka Davido, has finally released his long-awaited album, Timeless.
The music star took to his social media pages early Friday to announce the release of his 17-track project to his legions of fans.
The "OBO" singer also opened up about the process from her previous album to her latest one.
Davido also thanked his wife, his Chioma Rowland, and his fans and those who made the project possible.
"Finally - we are back. The journey from our last album to this one has been a whirlwind to say the least," David wrote on Twitter. He sat here a while ago, looking out at the sea, and said, "I was wondering if I could ever come back here after going through all that... but with your love and support, I remembered.
“I don’t know what will happen after that, but I wanted to give you my heart, soul and energy.
"I have to thank the many people who made this happen, but first I have to say a special thanks to @thechefchi, the strongest woman I know!
"thank you. Enjoy now! See you on tour soon!" added the music star.
The album features exciting Nigerian and international artists such as Fave, Asake and Cavemen, as well as British-Nigerian rapper Skepta, multiple Grammy winner Angelique Kidjo, South African singer Musa Keys, Jamaican singer Dancehall star Dexta Daps is on board.
