The Oyo State Executive Council has announced the appointment of HRM Ohna Sergeant Chidi Awuse, Supreme Ruler of the Emuoha Kingdom, as Chancellor of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso.

This is the Commissioner of Information, Culture and Tourism, Dr. Wasiu Oratubosun.
He explained that his appointment followed a virtual governance meeting held on Tuesday.
Olatubosun said the newly appointed Prime Minister, a leading monarch and a respected community leader, will bring his extensive administrative experience to LAUTECH's further transformation.
Appointments are effective immediately.
