Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun of All Progressives Congress (APC) surrendered to Ikenne local government Iperu Remo, Ita Osanyin, District 2, District 2.
Abiodun won his 147 votes and defeated his PDP closest rival Hon Ladipupo Adebutu, who received 142 votes.
Senator Ibikunle Amosun supports Barr. Biyi Otegbeye of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) won his two votes.
Abiodun and Adebutu are relatives from Yperu. Deputy Governor of Ogun, Engr. Her Noimot Salako-Oyedele, who voted in Ado-Odo/Ota municipality's 3rd district, 76th constituency, Ota, surrendered her department to her APC.
In the Salako-Oyedele unit, APC got her 147 votes and PDP scored her 37 votes. ADC got her 6 votes.
