A 70-year-old woman has died after being run over by her husband in a church parking lot in Sydney, Australia.
The woman was dropped off at Castle Hill Baptist Church, where she led a Bible study group, The Mirror reported Monday.
The husband of the woman who was driving her car was not injured in the horrific accident witnessed by another congregation member.
After the woman was pronounced dead at the scene, her husband was taken to Westmead Hospital for compulsory examination.
Pastor Ian Dean told reporters at the scene that it was a "very tragic" accident, adding: "She was an active member of the church and the person who witnessed it was an active member of the church. Simply tragic... just incredibly sad."
